Back then, Aleyda looked up Online Marketing Agencies in hopes of getting a job there someday, until one day, she landed a job that fits her goals directly. That job was for a Travel Agency, and her tasks were pretty much SEO-related, Web Design, Content, etc. This was the start of her career path to becoming the SEO Superstar today!

Years after working on the agency side, Aleyda started her own consulting agency, “Orainti.” Her experiences working with In-house agencies and other technical SEO fields fortified her skillset, allowing her to create her very first consulting agency. She had her ups & downs, but according to her, you should never let your bad experiences stop you from moving forward.

For Aleyda, the current trend that is on the tip of the iceberg that may shape the SEO world in the future is “Discover.” According to her, it will connect the next shift in the search paradigm, mainly because it changes the way we consume information. We are not proactively searching for information, but we are recommended based on our preferences. It’s a queryless way to look for information.

Freshness is a huge factor! After publishing a YouTube video, always make sure to get referrals. This method will help YouTube understand that your video is very popular and people will like it, hence, more referrals, according to Aleyda. Another tip is to put timestamps in the video description, works really well for people in a hurry! Also, according to her, it’s better to embed a playlist rather than a single video for you to facilitate users to keep watching even more of your videos! Lastly, community engagement, always engage with your subscribers’ comments!
